How does DaPo differ from an event organiser or PCO?
DaPo provides events and services to support the content of a conference, but we do not take care of the logistics surrounding the overall event. If you want someone to look after the planning of your whole event, we can recommend a PCO from the resource list below. However, if you are looking to maximise the fun, interaction, relevance and take home value from your agenda, then we are here to help.
What is the difference between DaPo's "A Meeting with Murder™" and other Murder mystery nights?
Many murder events require the group to participate as suspects in a plot. DaPo's A Meeting with Murder, on the other hand, involves participants in team's of detectives, whilst our cast of professional actors makes up the suspects in the crime. In this way, your people are able to work together to solve the case, and don't need to remember plot lines and specific cues to give to others. This enables more fun, energy and entertainment to evolve amongst the group. As well, people can happily participate within their own level of comfort.

What is a ball park costing for a DaPo event?
Our product range is designed to offer you a wide choice of price options. Products vary from $ 40.00 - 50.00 per head for our value events to $120.00 per head for our premium products. Prices are generally lower per head for large groups, and higher per head for smaller groups. Facilitation services are in a similar range for a half to one day facilitation.
How do we determine which event might be most suitable to our group, and our needs?
Based on a brief telephone conversation, our sales team can help you determine the most suitable option(s). Factors we will consider are the outcomes you are seeking to achieve, the nature of your conference or meeting, the balance of fun, entertainment and learning to be achieved, the size and nature of the group, and the timing of the event.
Where can DaPo events be held?
Whilst DaPo is based in Sydney, we have delivered events right across the country. Travel charges apply for interstate and regional venues. Our recommendation of suitable events therefore takes these additional costs into account, to ensure we can provide you a successful experience within your budget. Most conference rooms and dining/ restaurant areas are suitable for theme entertainment. Team events and Facilitation/MC can be conducted at any conference or meeting facility within Australia.
