There is no end of fun and creativity as your group moves around the Gardens providing unbelievable scenarios, games, and challenges for their peers while they compete to provide the most memorable and fun experience.

How does it Work?
Design
The Mad Hatters Team Party starts before your conference with a creative design phase supported by DaPo.
We work with you to achieve a customised approach from the core program, including possible variations in timing and style of experience.
For example, some groups wish to emphasise a competitive event with a winning team, while others prefer to focus on the experience and relationship building opportunities. Similarly groups choose to conduct the event in one time block of 2 -3 hours, and others weave the event amongst business sessions,leading to a finale in the Gardens.
Kick off
The Mad Hatters Team Party™ kicks off with your group through a lively intro. The task is outlined and groups move into action.
The fun kicks in as groups start designing their own experience that will be delivered to other teams in the Hunter Valley Gardens. From creative concept, to planning, preparation and team marketing, whether in one block or through the day, the energy and competitive intrigue with each groups’ experience mounts.
Finale'
The finale’ sees the group moving amongst the various landmarks in the Hunter Valley Gardens, interacting with the other teams as they go. A unique feature of the event is the amazing creativity that emerges, with the most unique collection of activities, games, and challenges.
Scoring by other teams leads to a winning team and plenty of good stories to share afterwards. If a link back to the learning opportunities is sought, a debrief can draw out great insights into issues such as; customer focus, project delivery, innovation, competitive intelligence and team dynamics.
