 Can your team cope with an emergency!! A helicopter carrying dangerous biological samples has exploded and crashed, spreading highly volatile and deadly bacterium phials across the local terrain. As the only local emergency crews on hand, and equipped with your knowledge and expertise in specialist fields, the call to action prompts you to engage in this challenging scenario.
Communication, decision making and diverse strengths will be pushed to the limit as you work against the clock to coordinate a successful rescue operation, before the local community faces dire consequences.
Operation Outdoors is perfect for any team group who wants an engaging, fun team experience outdoors. Flexible and customised, the program is adapted to the location and time frame available. The range of tasks required by the team provide plenty of challenge by choice, so that people can find their own level of involvement. Regardless of what they do, your group will see plenty of action, lots of fun, and a wide range of communication and team behaviours.
The program starts either with a warm up team exercise, or straight in to the scenario of posing as the local search and rescue team. An emergency fax is received, outlining their plight. They are the only ones who can save the local residents nearby from certain death.
The group chooses who will do what, and as they spring into action, they head off in all directions to solve a piece of the puzzle. Along the way, each group encounters an initiative task or clue that requires their cunning and ingenuity. The challenges vary in the degree of physical, mental and emotional demand.
Having accomplished their own task, groups reconvene and discover new challenges which eventually lead them as a whole group to the final zone. Together their piece of the puzzle is put to use as the Biological samples are controlled and neutralised and the group celebrates their saving the world.
