The Operations Management Team of a nation wide Food manufacturer wanted to entertain and celebrate their successes in an exclusive conference setting. Peppers Guest House, Hunter Valley was their choice of venue.
For a fun filled night, they combined a relaxed presentation from wine expert Mark Davidson with interactive, memorable entertainment provided by DaPo.

The event kicked off with Mark giving an informal and light hearted wine tasting experience, interupted at times by some of his old time buddies (DaPo actors) posing as wine slushes and has bins of the industry.

No sooner had he rounded off than a policeman entered and stunned the group with news that a murder occurred at the venue the night before. Groups were divided into teams, and they soon became immersed in the challenge of solving the case, with DaPo's unique, outrageous and highly memorable A Meeting with Murder™ The cabaret entertainment got into full swing, and so did the group as the memories and fun emerged.

Meanwhile, Peppers banqueting staff provided a flexible solution to the needs, with a fabulous setting for the wine talk around the bar, and then the service staff playing an interactive part in the energy filled night during dinner. The food, as always was first class.
