Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney in the heart of the city was host to a conference group recently from the Commonwealth Bank
Apart from the excellent food and service, Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney provided the client an excellent Team Building alternative with easy access to the Botanic Gardens.
After some morning workshop sessions in the Press Room, the group of 22 kicked off the Team Building event after lunch.
The client chose The Team Game™ from DaPo's suite of options. TTG is a flexible event enabling customised design to deliver to the specific needs of the group.
After a post lunch warm up using Stand Out™, the group divided randomly in to teams, and began the task of preparing for an outing to the Botanic Gardens.
The proximity of the Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney meant the group was able to move to the Gardens in around 10 minutes. Along the way, each of the 4 teams took turns to engage the other 3 for 15 minute blocks. The first group seized the opportunity and conducted a blind folded stroll to the edge of town. Others had colleagues potting plants, playing charades, and presenting a very realistic scenario of getting the group lost (a true epic)
Returning to the conference room later in the afternoon, Radisson Plaza Hotel Sydney had been flexible in providing for a mobile afternoon tea, and their attentive service continued through to the conclusion.
