CTI (Crime Team Investigation™) is a new team building option for groups who want fun, intrigue, creativity and memories to share as a team.
The Claims department of ING recently took up the challenge of being forensic investigators for the afternoon, and one things for sure..
there is some creative minds among them.
CTI™ draws it's origins from the upsurge in popularity of forensic TV shows and books, with Patricia Cornwall's novels on best seller lists, and of course CSI and CSI Miami commanding huge audiences.
CTI™ encourages people to get creative as they work in teams to design, and then solve the mysteries behind crime scenes. The variety of experiences and team interaction creates an engaging and well balanced program that runs for 2 - 3 hours.
ING National Claims wanted to celebrate a successful year, spend time together doing something different, and have a fun experience with light hearted but pertinent business messages behind it.
Simon Stanton, Operations Manager - National Claims was very pleased with the result.
"We had a really great afternoon. The programme catered for the serious and those not so serious. The objectives were to get to know each other better and work as a team, and have some fun. All of these were achieved with your guidance.
There were noticeable changes following CTI as teams worked together to meet certain deadlines - and the relationship building has continued, I'm happy to say"
