The annual conferences for a well know FAST Food restaurant chain brings together a total of 750 store managers who are used to fast, furious action.

The organisers wanted to provide a team building experience that was engaging, competitive and fun as well as reliable in execution so it could be repeated consistently...Just like their own product! Importantly, the conference themes of customer focus and continuous improvement needed to be integrated in a subtle way. And all of this in 90 mins of action with groups of 150 at a time.
