situations we’ll have your team talking about this for years. Our actors are not comedians and hoaxers, but rather talented improvisers who love to mix it with a crowd. With your help we can customise a story line or simply ad-lib... the sky’s the limit. There is only one thing guaranteed. Everybody’s chuckle muscles will be given a thorough work out.
Customised Characters™ begins with a creative concept phase. By talking through your ideas and vision of your event, together we develop some options to add spice and colour. The concept stage can yield an array of exciting alternatives involving the use of our actors. Choose from a range of themes and cast, or we can develop something totally unique.
Once the best approach is agreed, we get into production mode. This involves collaboration with you as we learn more about your group and theme, develop characters and scripts, and integrate the characters into your agenda. We will co-ordinate carefully around the timing and logistics to ensure a smooth, seamless flow to your show. Here are a couple of examples to get your imagination working.
Wine country Tour with Susan Aloof. Our client had already planned a tour of the vineyards by mini bus with 12 people, and wanted to make it more fun. Lady Susan, a local wine country expert, met the group at the venue foyer, and unsettled the group ever so slightly with a few marginal wise cracks. Once underway, and with a bottle already opened, Susan appeared to know her stuff, although she seemed to impart plenty of other useless information as well. As the tour progressed, Lady Susan appeared to have a little too much to drink. It took til the last stop before people finally cracked on, and plenty of good laughs as the day drew to a close.
Ghouls and Ghosts at Mortuary Station; Our client had chosen their venue, and wanted to simulate Ghost Train carriages with a different but related look in each of 4 rooms. Our cast donned amazing costumes and make up in keeping with the Munsters and Adams families. Sliding amongst the crowd, they sent chills and thrills amongst the 200 strong audience, depending on who they singled out for their ghostly tricks.
